The corporate name Zeste Immigration Services Inc. is protected and reserved for Zeste Immigration Services Inc. by Canada Business Corporations Act (CBCA) for our company.

ELIGIBILITY - APPROPRIATE AGE

In the event someone unauthorized gains access to your account information including your user id and password and which results in any sort of damage and losses to the Zeste Immigration Services Inc., whether intellectual or monetary and/or impacts any of our employees, directors, consultants or officers, you may be held liable for these damages and losses incurred.

You must also immediately notify Zeste Immigration Services Inc. if any debit/credit card that you have provided to Zeste immigration Services Inc. is stolen, lost or used without permission.
 

PAID SERVICES; RESCHEDULING MEETINGS; CANCELLED ORDERS
You are responsible for all fees incurred as a result of any and all services performed by Zeste Immigration Services Inc. on your behalf and/or at your direction and/or at your request.

By opting for paid services, you authorize Zeste Immigration services Inc., and/or its payment processor, to charge all applicable fees to the debit card, credit card or other applicable payment method as provided, in addition to applicable sales taxes and other taxes. 

Such fees shall be due and collected in full before or as per the services are rendered. See full disclosure in your Retainer Agreement with regards to your immigration services’ fee.

With regards to your online service or product purchase, please see full disclosure of applicable clauses to that particular service or product under the service or product name or somewhere at the bottom on the same page.
 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Please check our refund and cancellation policy for each of our services/products/future products prior to subscribing or purchasing them.
 

DEFAMATORY COMMENTS OR CYBER BULLYING
You agree and understand that you may be held legally responsible for damages suffered by our clients, customers, other website users or third parties as a result of your remarks, feedback or other content posted or made available on the website that is deemed defamatory or otherwise legally actionable.

Under the Canada’s Criminal Code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46) any form of cyber bulling may result in severe legal consequences and shall be considered a criminal offence.

LEGAL ACTION
If Zeste Immigration Services Inc, in Zeste Immigration Services Inc.’s discretion, takes legal action against you with regards to your involvement or potential involvement in any actual or suspected breach of this Agreement, Zeste Immigration Services Inc. will be entitled to recover from you as part of such legal action, and you agree to pay, Zeste Immigration Services Inc. reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees incurred as a result of such legal action.

NOTE that Zeste Immigration Services Inc. will have no legal obligation or other liability to you or to any third party arising out of or relating to any termination of this Agreement.
