Cancellation Policy
Cancellations initiated with a minimum notice of 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur an administration fee, encompassing spot reservation and payment gateway/processing fees. The deduction amount may be up to 50% of the total payment, with the remainder being eligible for a refund. • Refunds or rescheduling cannot be facilitated for instances of no-shows, late entry to the meeting, client-side issues (including, but not limited to, network, technical issues, or time-zone confusion), or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time & date. • All appointments can be rescheduled by emailing us, the latest before 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time & date. • There will strictly be no refunds after the completion of the online/in-person consultation. Please refer to the Initial Consultation Agreement.
